#前言

测试了很多远程连接软件，发现还是teamviewer好用，但是莫名其妙被检测成商业用户，不能使用，记录解决方案。

#申诉

Teamviewer官方提供了申诉渠道，通过 TeamViewer Personal Use Verification，提供日志信息即可申诉，会通过邮件回复申诉结果，能不能恢复全凭运气。

成功例子：

Dear User,

Thank you for your email and query regarding TeamViewer.

We have gone ahead and reset your device back to private use.

For the changes to take effect, please restart your TeamViewer application via “Connection -> Exit TeamViewer”.

Please keep in mind:

  • TeamViewer is only free for private, non-commercial use.
  • If the device is used in an office or commercial setting, you will be blocked again and will need to buy a license to continue.
  • The partners you connect with also need to be using either a private or a licensed version of the software.

失败例子：

Dear TeamViewer User,

Thank you for your request regarding being unblocked from using the free version of TeamViewer. After reviewing the information provided to us, we were unable to confirm that the submitted ID is being used privately.

Requiring commercial users to purchase a license is also part of our effort to maintain the free version, and to therefore make help accessible to everyone. The free version is for people who are using it to help family and friends.

#Mac下解决方案

参考 解決MAC版Teamviewer個人版5分鐘斷線問題，下载运行即可，具体步骤如下：

  1. 记住当前ID，关闭Teamviewer。
  2. 下载 TeamViewer-14-id-changer-for-mac.py 或 TeamViewer-id-changer.py，第二个不适用于Teamviewer14，推荐第一个。
  3. 打开命令后，输入sudo python TeamViewer-14-id-changer-for-mac.py，点击回车。
  4. 重启电脑，发现ID改变，问题解决。
